Above Los Llanos, approx. 400 M above sea level, very quiet, two-story house, upper apartment with separate access, about 20 minutes walk to the center of Los Llanos.

Approx. 4 x 8 m pool, BBQ, lawn, large balcony, ocean view.

Spacious living room with seating area, dining area, and fireplace, wooden beam ceiling, separate and well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower. High-quality, beautifully furnished for high standards.
